GLASS & METAL CATWALK
This steel and glass walkway leading throughout this home’s living room complements the ingenious design and unique elements of this home. Engineered, designed, and fabricated by Montana Ironworks, the 30 foot long glass walkway is suspended from arch trusses overhead and integrated into a partial glass and wood loft on one end of the room, as well as a custom spiral wood staircase on the other.

As an homage to one client’s love of African wildlife, Montana Ironworks designed and fabricated a textured railing with forged metal pickets, as well as sculpting and integrating the heads of several types of wildlife into the railing, such as a cape buffalo, eland, elephant, and wildebeest.
